Espetando en la Malagueta

If you ever go to Málaga, Andalucía, birthplace of Pablo Ruiz Picasso, don't you ever miss trying their fabulous Espetos, a unique way of broiling any kind of fish with only the heat of red hot coal. They put a piece of cane through the fish and then into the hot coal taking into account the direction of the wind so as not to let the smoke intoxicate the fish taste. It's pure taste.
Two times I've been there, two times I've been to la Malagueta (its beach in town) in the first place to devour Espetos and to really feel I'm in Málaga.

I'll put Malaga on my list of places to visit someday, and I'll definitely try Espetos! Does it come with any sort of sauce or vegetables? Oh, and what do you can a fish with no eyes? No idea!! (Yes, I finally got the joke you left me; am I slow or what??!!)

Hi,
jesse- it really is, and if you add up the background of the people from Málaga laughing, singing and talking aloud with their musical and funny accent, you'll get the full image...

katie- you definitely should.
They don't come with any sauce, it's just the fish with some salt on and that's all, really tasty...
Don't worry about the joke, it also took me a while to get the punch line...
